ABOUT US

Who We Are?

Founded in 2022, RightSet Ghana blossomed from a collective enthusiasm shared among friends who sought to leave a significant legacy in Ghana through the medium of sports. This dream took root in 2020 when the team bound by their aspirations, began to gather resources each year to uplift children living on the streets, in orphanages, and within Children’s homes. With the varied expertise of these friends in Physical Education and Sport Studies, Business Administration and other disciplines, a mutual recognition of sport’s ability to transform lives fueled the belief that Sport for Development could usher in positive societal shifts and foster community development.

In pursuit of a pathway to forge enduring, impactful change, we envisioned the birth of a continuous initiative. In 2022, the CEO stumbled upon the IOC Young Leaders Sprint program, aimed at enlightening youth about the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through sports. This initiative presented a remarkable chance after our project was selected, and the vision of RightSet Ghana begun to unravel when the IOC Young Leaders Program provided seed funding and expert sessions to support the project.

United in purpose, our mission with RightSet Ghana is to leave an indelible mark on the sports industry in Ghana, Africa, and beyond, by empowering young people through Sports for Development.
